A high-level delegation from Samarkand State Medical University Hospital in Uzbekistan is visiting South Korea to strengthen bilateral medical cooperation and advance joint research initiatives, building upon an existing partnership with Korean biotech company eGnome. The delegation toured Green Cross Laboratories, discussing future technology collaboration, and visited Korea's National Cancer Center (NCC), where they received an offer of knowledge sharing and technology transfer from NCC President Dr. Han-Kwang Yang. Impressed by Korea's advanced medical infrastructure, the delegation's president requested assistance from eGnome CEO Dr. Seo-ae Cho to elevate their hospital to a global standard. The visit concludes with further discussions at Hanyang University Hospital, Korea University of Health Sciences, and a cultural evening in Seoul.
